I gotta say, I didn't want to ride the bike today but once I got on I did 20 minutes and only stopped because I didn't want to run myself down, it is after all only Monday. the house has been full of kids running around playing all day, a friend stopped by with her daughter so I almost felt like it was going to be hard to get a ride in, but they all left to the mall and the house was/is mine!
No music today I started before I got a chance to set up the mp3 so I just watched tv while I rode today, which surprisingly made the time go by easily. nothing more to post up so I will just post a cool Alice in wonderland pic I have on my hard drive.

ReplyDeleteIt's great to hear you are feeling so good! Now if your scale shows up tomorrow, you must join Robyn and I in Tuesday Weigh In Day. My pedometer is due in tomorrow. We live on a country road, so I may try it out there. The woods, by myself, are a bit scary.
I have measured out 2 mile roundtrip taking a right out of the driveway, or 4 miles if I take a left. Plug in my Ipod and go!
Also, is there a chance you could email me the spreadsheet you sent Robyn? I'd love to take a look.

Yeah, way to go on the exercise! I, too, got in on some exercise today! I felt so proud of myself afterward, which was rewarding in itself!

Just a fyi- in my early 20's, I worked at a restaurant called the Mad Hatter on Nantucket, MA ( where I am from) and I had to dress like Alice- Blue dress, white apron, the whole thing......
