Day 56

That kick in the rear worth of exercise seems to have recharged me, I feel good and like I am back on track from the mood from yesterday. I drank enough water and tried to keep my sodium low. I weighed myself and I am down the almost 1 lb that I was up and almost another full lb on top of that, so I do believe it was water weight being held in because of the lack of H2O and excess of sodium that was causing it. which does still put a damper on my loss for the week because usually by Tuesday I am down 3+ lbs from Fridays weigh in, but it does appear I am back on track, BUT this is just the first day after I think I figured out my problem, we shall see on Friday. onto the menu.

  1. tony,
dinner sounded yummy. were you full after your dinner? The reason I ask is, if you are short on calories, maybe eat 2 cups of veggies, or 3 more shrimp. I think as long as you are eating veggies( low carb kind) or pure protein to reach your calories, you'd be ok. Just a thought. OR you could also have a regular day then a lower day, zigzagging calories. I've been talking about that for a while. GREAT job locating the "problem"- keep on track. You'll see big numbers again- dont you worry!

  2. Well, you may just have to have a bigger breakfast or a bigger lunch. Add a banana and peanut butter with that cereal, or some chips or popcorn with that sandwich at lunch! You might as well!! You have the calories to spend!! :)
You've done great, though, and I'm glad to hear that you're getting that water in. I wish I could say the same about myself...
