Not a whole lot to report for the 46th day other than a 45 min walk, and were trying to get out of the house atm but I wanted to get a post in for the day so I will make this post a quick one ;) so heres the menu.

1 cup cooked white rice 200
1 pat butter 35
1 boiled egg 70
5 pickled Beet slices 20
Grand total of 1230 calories for the day, I went a little light on calories for the day because I am not going to eat just to get the calories in any more. when I am done I am done, thats my story and I'm stickin to it. I will attempt to get as many in as I can but won't force myself to get them in. Thanks for followin and sorry for the short post, we be in a bit of a rush this morning.

Hey! I like that you've decided not to eat something late, just to "get those calories in" - of course, you can if you want, but if you don't feel hungry enough to have a snack late, then it's okay to skip it! Looks like you're doing really good figuring out what you can have in a day, to still stay under the calories. You probably could have had a bigger breakfast, and would have been closer to 1500....

Hey! I agree w/ Robyn. If you are not hungry, why force yourself to eat. I think we need to give our bodies some credit. You are eating healthy, so you might not always need the same amount of calories per day. Maybe it's ok to up the calories, if you worked out hard. I think you are doing a super job and I really appreciate your support. You are right, we are doing this together( you too Robyn), and for the right reasons. I had a "funky" week, got it out of my system, and am ready to roll.
