Day 118, better late than never.

Here I am and there you are, this post is later than normal, its raining outside so I couldn't go for a walk, and my arms are burning for I have just done a decent little workout with calisthenics and some dumb bell work, and no I don't mean that I was playing with morons. my biceps are tight and my triceps burn, ahh I love that feeling. As I type this Bones is starting so I will be typing during commercials :) man I love bones, House is on after that woohoo. anyways back to me and the weight loss. everything is going well and my intake for the 118th day was 1493 total.

I made salmon steaks for dinner and I have to say I was impressed with how they came out, they were fresh Atlantic salmon steaks, which I seasoned and put a cracker crust on top of them and 17 minutes later we had some of the best salmon that I have ever had the pleasure of eating, I will be making that recipe again for sure! the kids loved it, wify loved it, and well, you already heard my take on it. here is the menu for the 118th day.
