Day 80 weighing in

Well well well. here we have it, weigh in day is here again. last week I was 473 lbs. I lost in this week the same amount that I had lost in the last 2 weeks, I weighed in at 467.2 lbs this morning, so we shall call it 467 lbs, I have made it into the 60's! thats a 6lb loss for this week, I am very happy about that, yesterday I weighed in at 466.6 lbs in the afternoon, and I was up late last night we rented I am legend and watched it, so likely I am less that 467 but I won't argue with the scale.

over all everything is going well and I am feeling positive about this. I am 2 lb off of my goal to hit 465 by Easter, I would be willing to bet that by Sunday morning I will hit that goal. I will update you all if I do make it. I did have a cadbury creme egg last night, but only because I hit my original goal of 479 by easter, it was not as good as I thought it would be. don't get me wrong, I did enjoy it! lol. so I reset the goal to 465 by Easter, stay tuned for that one.

Grand total of 1610 calories for the day, I did go over by about 100, but I didn't count the popcorn and one of the stipulations of the creme eggs was that they would not count towards my daily caloric intake so I actually stayed below calories by those terms. BUT since I did eat it, I listed it in my intake. either way I earned the eggs dammit! lol

  1. Yes, I'd say you MORE than EARNED that Cadbury egg!!! I really can't believe you havne't had one yet!! That's such amazing willpower! And, nothing ever tastes as good as you hope it will....when you're using it as a reward. Honestly, you should have been rewarded with something really decadent, like some Grand Marnier Souffle or some Bananas Foster!! Or maybe some Cold Stone Creamery concoction. Yummy!

    I'm SO impressed with your weight loss this week! Remind me to ask you more about that...concerning exercise...

    So, congratulations this week! Keep up the great work! You'll definitely make it to 465 by Sunday!! :)

  2. 6 lbs is awesome- Congrats! Sad when our"food" rewards just dont measure up. Keep sight on your new/used motor cycle- you'll be there b4 you know it!
    And your shopping trip photo's were great. A new and fresh idea to the blog. Keep on posting.

  3. Very nice work! How excited you must feel. And yes, you definitely earned a treat. I totally agree, it never tastes quite as amazing as you expect it to, yummy all the same, but not exactly what you're expecting. I know you'll hit 465 by Easter, woohoo!

    Haven't seen I am Legend yet...is it good? Was debating about renting it this weekend because we have NO competitions to attend.
