I did not ride the bike yesterday, I did not do my push ups yesterday, I did eat my fill of calories going over by 15 calories coming in at 1515 total calories for the day which is not bad. today I will do a longer bike ride and I will do 150 push ups today to help make up for yesterdays lack of a workout. intake is always on par so I am not worried too much about that. all in all everything is going how it needs to and I am looking forward to weighing in tomorrow so that this unsure week can be behind me, and though it was unsure (only by my own doing I think) it was a good week, I did exercise, I did eat well and I do believe that Friday I was dehydrated so the 6 pound loss was higher than actual weight lost, it is what it is and tomorrow shall show me a new weight hopefully.
Couches part deux, I picked up my new couches yesterday and they match the living room perfectly right down to the throw pillows matching our throw rug and drapes, I am happy with them and got a little movement into the day with all of the rearranging of the ENTIRE living room and bringing old couches out (they are on my curb if anyone wants them lol) ok ok enough about my boring couches.

Grand total of 1515 calories and you can see the food was nicely spread out and a nice selection of different things, I am finding that if I have a larger breakfast that I am not hungry in the afternoon one bit so this is something I will be doing from now on, large breakfasts.
