Half way to goal, a Milestone reached, today feels a little different.

I shall start with my exercise and intake for the day, exercise was as follows, 15 minutes on the stationary bike, hop off and do 70 push ups and a short stretch routine and back on the bike for another 15 minutes, so thats 30 mins on the bike and my calisthenics routine and I am happy with that. something I will mention is that I split the bike time up because my thingamajig starts to feel it on the longer bike rides and I researched this a bit and apparently it happens from the penile artery being pinched by the weight of the rider and can result in erectile dysfunction, welp we can't have that now can we? Um no we can't. so I break it up into 2 shorter rides to give the old artery a break and save my love life. Now onto the intake, I had a good day ending at 1460 calories and I had some cereal for breakfast, that was the first cereal and milk that I had in a long while. and that pretty sums up exercise and intake.

The title of this post says that today is a little different, and what that means is that a milestone crept up on me this morning and I am a tad more than excited about it. when I started losing weight this year I weighed in at 534 pounds and my goal is to get to 275 pounds now that means that I need to drop a total of 259 pounds to hit my goal and over this past 6.5 months I have chipped away at that number to the point that I have lost as much as I need to lose to be half way there and when I lose just one more pound I will have lost more than half of what I need to hit that 275 pound mark. I know its not a weigh in day BUT becaue its a milestone sort of I will post the weight for the day, I weighed in at 405 pounds this morning which brings me to 129 pounds lost and thats close enough to the 129.5 lbs that I need to be at half to say I am there, so there it is I am half way to my goal weight and am down 129 pounds to on this day.

Grand total of 1460 calories for the day and I am half way to my ultimate goal weight of 275 pounds, it feels a little different to me now knowing that I have lost more than I have left to lose (or in one pound I will anyways) and there you have my day summed up in a couple paragraphs.
