This morning the scale said 336 lbs, up slightly but then I was expecting that so no worries. I have lots to do today including a bike ride as soon as I hit publish post so short and sweet is the post for the day, hope you all have a great 4th, stay safe!

Great pix on previous post, and not to worry on the slight gain - keep in mind that some weeks muscle gain will outdo the fat losses! How were the Potter flix? Did you read the books? My kids did, i just saw the movies - which, to me, were dark but interesting.

What an encouragement! I find myself struggling with the 60 lbs I need to lose and look at you! Good for you! You're a definite inspiration. It's after 2 am and I need to get to bed, but otherwise I'm almost ready to go do some serious exercising. And, oh, how I want to go do some hiking.
