So while you already drink a great amount your muscles are hoarding some water to help repair themselves. I wouldn't quit altogether because in a few weeks you'll definitely see some shape and toning! Muscles don't grow THAT fast- keep it up and you'll see those numbers drop fast again. Muscle weighs more than fat (well it's more dense than fat) BUT muscle burns calories... The more you build up the more calories you'll burn :Dbeerabhttp://www.thistimeits4real.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-36963377043921700702010-02-23T23:09:03.514-05:002010-02-23T23:09:03.514-05:00Have you been taking measurements? I made myself run in the snow yesterday- no wait.. I could not even talk myself out of running- even though it was snowing, I had a headache and had been up since 4am and on a plane all day... I STILL Ran.. wanted to- craved it.. (like I used to crave Ice cream and nacho chips & Cheese! I KNOW!)

Thanks for the hard work- and for sharing your journey- every time I stop by I love what I read!

La-
www.thecurvylife.comLahttp://www.thecurvylife.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-57201329523369630632010-02-23T17:35:58.572-05:002010-02-23T17:35:58.572-05:00Hey you ... Try and watch what you eat a little more carefully (and I say that with much respect) and make sure you get in your cardio. You are a success story Tony. Remember that.PrettyWomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13258917188192550094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-57841805930008146402010-02-23T11:36:59.892-05:002010-02-23T11:36:59.892-05:00No, no, a thousand times no! Don't stop the we...No, no, a thousand times no! Don't stop the weight training. Your weight loss may seem to have slowed but that is likely due to an increase in muscle. With more muscle comes an increased BMR so it can only help you in the future. If you don't believe me you can find verification all over the internet. I also recommend checking "The Body Fat Solution" by Tom Venuto out at your local library. It would be a big mistake to cut back on your weight training.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-17290689108125404232010-02-23T11:07:26.565-05:002010-02-23T11:07:26.565-05:00I don't know if stopping the weights is a good...I don't know if stopping the weights is a good thing, if your weight loss has slowed its because you are gaining muscle as you continue to lose fat. Just make sure you don't up the calories because of the lifting and the change will be positive, health is more than a number on a scale.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07797632287709387153noreply@blogger.com
