The funny thing though is that we can make time for whatever we want to. Life tries to distract us. It tries to show us that it can dictate ever move of our day, but you and I have something in common. Our health and well-being have to be a priority, no matter what life says about it.South Beach Stevehttp://www.logmyloss.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-81361008476786131122009-07-02T14:17:38.470-04:002009-07-02T14:17:38.470-04:00Nancy thanks for the lead on some shorts :)

Seriously, biking is considered cross training for running so even though you use your legs for both things, they work different muscles and alternating will help you stay injury free. Besides, so much more fun to be on a bike going somewhere than a stationary bike, right? I agree with nancy about the padded bike shorts. Totally worth the investment.Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14974376008651624094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-10064140120544601422009-07-02T13:51:23.625-04:002009-07-02T13:51:23.625-04:00You have to get a pair of padded bike shorts... th...You have to get a pair of padded bike shorts... they really help, and yes, there is a place to get your size.
