I always did what I wanted when I wanted to and it never really got me down, so to answer your question I never really thought I would lose the weight because it never stopped me until recently, now I am on a roll and sort of a high with the working out and scale watching that I don't know when I will stop :)

also I wanted to say thanks for being there pretty much from day one with this weight loss thang, you were a part of it for sure.

As Ever
MeZeusmeatballhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03841730555706808620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-32114242062450801172008-08-24T21:24:00.000-04:002008-08-24T21:24:00.000-04:00Love the post. We met you at a strange part, huh?...Love the post. We met you at a strange part, huh? Nah - - I wouldn't say "strange," I'd say "important" or "pivital." Those old habits you talk about - I am all too familiar with that lifestyle as well. I think this one is a lot more fun, don't you??? I never felt anything but like a lazy fatass when I sat around with the clicker and a bag of something next to me (often mine was Doritos, too - - or Oreos!). I enjoy the feeling of being proud of myself for doing something that is healthier (or should I say for NOT doing something that is unhealthy). It's rewarding, for sure - - to see that scale change in a direction I've been wishing it would change for so many years. I was thinking about it earlier today - - how I always knew that being overweight was temporary. I knew one day I would lose it. What about you?? Did you always know that one day you'd finally just do it, and lose the weight???Aunt Melvie Brownies and Morehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01507070234514774082noreply@blogger.com
