Great idea!! I like to roast my veggies a little before topping the pizza. It adds a little more time/effort, but worth the flavor, IMO. I love your blog and I appreciate you sharing your journey with us. I usually just use my griddle (as if I were just heating up the tortilla for a wrap) and put the sauce (I use spag sauce too) on the tortilla shell, followed by a sprinkling of cheese and a few pepperoni (for the youngest) or just plain cheese (for the daughter) or lots of onions and whatever else I have around that would be good on a pizza. :) I will try baking some of these up one of these days and let you know what the family says!! Thanks for the cool ass idea!! :)Melhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13087531535132413001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-53450798175006099512010-07-14T14:31:34.092-04:002010-07-14T14:31:34.092-04:00mmmmm keep them coming please :) lovely pics and e...mmmmm keep them coming please :) lovely pics and easy instructions.. thank you

Anne - lose2live Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18105947756182868044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3823908020431638884.post-52454196012936691362010-07-14T13:20:05.829-04:002010-07-14T13:20:05.829-04:00I love to make these pizzas as well, I do low cal ...I love to make these pizzas as well, I do low cal salad dressing such as ranch, chicken, spinach, olives and a tiny bit of feta.
